Wellness Centre
The use of the wellness centre is free. But to save energy, it is operated on demand. Please book the Sauna or Jacuzzi some hours in advance at the reception.
Massage
We have a lady called Elena, who is the masseur of the Bulgarian National Biathlon team. You can book a classic full body massage (50 Leva) or a partial massage e.g. for your strained back. You have to pre-book at least a day in advance as she is very much sought after.
Off-Site Swimming Pool Facilities
As a Pirin Lodge patron you can have free use the pool facilities of the nearby Lion Hotel during the 2008/9 winter season. Please contact the reception before going there as we have to arrange things with the Lion Hotel.
Curling/Boule
If you would like to do some curling or play petanque/boule on our outdoor play lane you can book a time at the reception. The use is free. The reception can give you the set of game rules to get you going. Petanque is a lot of fun with friends and can be played by anyone. You can get the equipment (Curling and Boules) for free at the reception but you have to leave a 10 EUR or 20 Leva deposit.
Laundry Facilities
Pirin Lodge has three washers and dryers for your convenience. Their use is for free. You can buy washing powder at the reception if you wish.
Firewood Service
You can order firewood at the reception. The charge is 8 Leva for our standard box.
Bar Opening Hours
The lobby bar currently works till 8 p.m. Ask for the menu which also contains a wide choice of excellent Bulgarian wines. You should at least once try a red Mavrud, a grape which is unique to Bulgaria.
Convenience Shop
We stock a few items to get you going in your apartment. You can buy such things as toilet paper, sugar, instant coffee, washing powder as well as drinks from the reception.
Internet Access
Internet access is for free throughout Pirin Lodge. If you bring your own notebook you can plug it into the Ethernet plug in the sitting room of your apartment. A network cable is available from the reception for a deposit of 10 Leva. Alternatively, the lobby area provides free Wi-Fi access for your laptop.
If you did not bring a computer, there is a communal computer in a corner of the lobby area that you can use to surf the internet or check your emails.
Parking
Pirin lodge has free private parking for guests.
